Native Hawaiian male and are committed to upholding the values
of this organization in preserving the royal traditions and
rituals of Hawai'i, then download the Application Form and submit
with your non-refundable $25 application fee. You will need
to obtain signatures from 2 current members of the Chapter in
order to have your application accepted:
